Eulophia bracteosa Lindl. 1833

Description:  Found along valleys and in scrubby grasslands in sunny locations at elevations of 400 to 600 meters as a medium to large sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial with subterranean, transversly ellipsoid pseudobulbs carrying 1 to 3, present at blooming, lanceolate to oblong-lanceolate, papery, acuminate, contracted below into the cuneate, elongate, petiolate base leaves. Highly fragrant flowers.

• Size:  False stem up to 30 cm, leaves 1 – 3 , about 50 cm long, 2.5-7.5 cm wide, apex acute, base attenuate to handle, several veins at the back of the uplift. It stems from pseudobulb base side next to grow, stout, slightly shorter than the leaves, are a few pieces of long sheath; racemes short, with more than 5-10 flowers; floral bracts narrowly lanceolate, pedicel than (even ovary) long; flowers slightly fleshy,  8-16 flowers,
