The Sok An Phnom Kulen Orchid Research and Conservation Centre in Siem Reap province received the visit of Environment Minister Say Samal on Sunday, who called for more effort to study and preserve orchids in protected areas which can become tourist attractions. Run by a passionate orchid seller and collector Sok Vichea, the new centre hopes to attract tourists and researchers and plans to further orchid collection.
