Bromheadia finlaysoniana (Lindl.) Miq

Description:   Found in open scrub and light montane forests at elevations of 50 to 1500 meters as a large to giant sized,  Bromheadia finlaysoniana grows in wet areas, usually near streams, 0–200 metres altitude. Flower: rarely branching, large and wide open flowers, short-live, hot to cool growing terrestrial orchid, The roots are boiled and the broth is taken by mouth to help prevent rheumatism and joint pains.
