ប្រភេទកេសរកូល (អ័រគីដេ) - Orchid Types
នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាភាគច្រើន ផ្កាកេសរកូលមានរុក្ខជាតិដែលដុះលើរុក្ខជាតិមួយទៀត (epiphytes) ប៉ុន្តែក៏មានប្រភេទដែលដុះលើថ្ម (lithophytic) និងដុះលើដី។ ប្រភេទខ្លះត្រូវបានគេរកឃើញពីការ សម្របខ្លួនដ៏អស្ចារ្យ និងការបន្សាំរបស់វាអាចដុះលើដីលើថ្ម និងលើដើមឈើ (adaptability)
Most orchids in Cambodia are epiphytes and live on trees. But there are also many lithophytic and terrestrial orchids. Some species show great adaptability and can be found in the ground, on rocks, and on trees.
Monopodial: គឺជាប្រភេទដែលដុះលូតរហូត - Monopodial orchids have stems with unlimited top growth.
Sympodial: គឺជាប្រភេទដែលមិនអាចដុះលូតលាស់ទៅលើរហូត ការលូតលាស់អាចមានតាមពន្លកធំ ចំហៀងដើម។ - Sympodial orchids consist of modules with limited top growth.
Terrestrial: គឺជាប្រភេទដើមដែលដុះនៅដី។ - Terrestrial orchids often have underground tubers from which the plant grows.
